SemXtended would only be accepting Paypal payment at this time. We find this to be the most secure form of payment to protect our customers information and ours while processing payment,
Cancellations:
Please contact us to cancel orders, If your order has not departed our facilities, we would gladly refund your payment.
Shipping:
We Offer free shipping on orders over 300 Dollars. All orders have to be placed by Sunday night , to allow for processing. Packages ship Via USPS, only on Thursday Mornings, We do ship internationally, please expect additional shipping time for these orders. Customers are responsible for all custom fees applicable to your purchase. please make sure shipping addresses are verified and secure to ensure deliveries are not delayed or misplaced. Shipping confirmation and tracking would be made available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities
Returns:
We employ all customers to properly inspect package once received, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we strongly encourage you to not tamper with the product, Please ship back items within 3 days after delivery for returns or exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, all items most be returned in its original packaging and conditions for refunds/ exchanges to be processed.
If there is any error with the inches or textures. we would require ALL bundles to be sent back for verification and exchanges to be processed. If SemXtended makes an error on your order we will cover the shipping cost. Customers would be responsible for the shipping cost associated with errors on orders that requires exchanges both ways.

When Washing Your Hair
Detangle your hair with a wide tooth comb from the bottom to the top. They key is to keep your SemXtended Hair clean and moist.
1. Shampoo or Co wash
2.Detangle
3.Condition
4.Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
5. Air Dry!
Maintenance for All Textures
Shampoo or Co-Wash at least once a week.
Deep condition your hair preferable with heat once a week.
Use styling products to a minimum because they tend to cause build up and weight hair down.
Always use heat protectants when flat ironing or blow drying.
Always let you hair air dry for best results.
Tight Textures
Dampen hair with a conditioner and water mix.
Detangle using a wide tooth comb from bottom to top
Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls.
Let hair air-dry.
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS
When Sleeping
Alwasy use cover your hair with satin and silk bonnets,or scarfs. Never sleep on wet,or tangled hair. It’s best the braid or wrap your extensions before bed.
